We operate PermianProducedWater.com — the Permian Basin's service provider network for produced water, connecting operators with disposal, recycling, logistics, and beneficial reuse providers. We collect information in two ways — directly from you when you fill out a form, and automatically when you visit the site.
When you sign up for our newsletter, request PDF or regulatory alerts, contact us, submit a produced water need, get listed, or purchase a membership, we collect whatever you provide — which may include your name, company, email address, phone number, service area, listing details, and details about your produced water situation. We only collect what you voluntarily enter. Nothing is required beyond what's marked on the form.
When you visit the site, Google Analytics 4 automatically collects standard web analytics data — pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, and approximate location (city/region level, not your exact address). This is standard practice for every website you visit. We use it to understand how people use the site and improve it over time.
